How safe are your valuable documents?

Problem statement:

Lets say you have a very important document containing valuable information. To you the
document matters a lot and you want to make sure that only the few selected people gets an access to the document. You would also want non printing of the document nor any editing of the document possible.

You would also want to prevent the possibility of an authorized person spreading the document. The geograpical position of the recipient may not be restrcited to your organisation.

Solutions: We at Delta Technologies are trying to define a solution to the above mentioned problem statement. Although there are lot many solutions available in the market which would help you protect the authorization of the document but the problem is :

1. Either the existing solutions work on client-server architecture (something like Microsoft IRM) and is restricted to organisation wide applicability.
2. The solution would not put check on authorized people for redistributing.

Delta technologies is defining a solution to this by breaking through its 1st product in this segment - Zyge which is intended to solve this problem of sharing your documents across organisations and restricting its accessbility to the desired reciepient and also controlling the rights to edit and print the document.
